Once your order is received, we aim to process you order within 2 hours in order to prepare for shipping. If you have any discrepancies with your order, please contact us immediately as once an order has been prepared we are unable to accept returns. Please contact us on 0191 2240888 at any stage of the order process and one of our flooring specialists will be happy to assist.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on cut products. It may be possible to return your item with a restocking fee if you live locally.

Flooring – 3 to 5 days

Furniture – 10 days

Beds & Mattresses – 7 to 10 days

All deliveries are direct to door. Cosy @ Home undertake most deliveries but where applicable your order will be processed by national delivery company.

Place your order online. If you select click and collect as your purchase option, a member of our team will call you to arrange your collection time. We aim to process all orders within 2 hours.

Curbside pickup can be available. If you are unable to enter any of our stores, your online order can be delivered out to your sitting car. If a curbside pickup is required, please add instruction in the notes at the checkout page.
